Netlight Houses
The Netlight houses Nova, Epitome, Awe, Serenity, Phoenix and Atom are an additional way of slicing Netlight, on top of office, seniority or generation. They represent the different "facets" of Netlight. Being part of a House doesn't mean you are disconnected from other facets, but you might find a deeper connection with people within your House. FAQ
Q: Where/how will my details be shared?
A: Your personal data will only be shared with relevant subcontractors when necessary for the preparation and execution of the event. all subcontractors process your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for the specified purpose. all personal data will be securely deleted once it is no longer required, and at the latest after the event has concluded.
Q: How does the signup work?
A: Please follow the steps in the workflow to complete the sign up. We will inform you in week 12-13 if you have gotten a spot or if you stay on the Waitlist.
Q: How does the waitlist work?
A: Everyone will be on the waitlist after sign up. We are going to review the Waitling List constantly. If a spot becomes available, someone from the waiting list who can logistically take that spot will be randomly selected to replace the person who dropped out.
Q: I'm facing trouble with the signup page, who can I turn to?
A: If you face troubles with the signup, please send an email to info@netlightsummit.com with the issue and the summit team will help you.
Q: I don't have access to my travel documents at the moment, can I still sign up?
A: Yes, please fill in the workflow as good as you can. Please update your information as soon after the sign up as possible, the latest date to update is 1st may.
Q: My passport/id is not valid. Can I still sign up?
A: Yes, you can still sign up and update. the latest date to update is 1st may.
Q: Where are we going?
A: To Maaaaa… naaaa. Did you really think we would answer that? Destination unknown means destination unknown. Pack curiosity.
Q: What should I pack?
A: Versatility beats precision. Think layers. Think movement. Think "I'm ready for anything." If you bring a tuxedo and a swimsuit, statistically you'll cover most scenarios. But a packing list will be provided closer to the departure.
Q: Is this going to be intense?
A: Yes. In a good way. Expect energy swings between reflection, laughter, discomfort, insight, and late-night conversations you'll remember longer than the destination.
Q: Can I try to guess the destination?
A: Absolutely. We encourage hypothesis-driven speculation. Just don't expect confirmation, validation, or even facial expressions that help you. Join #coincidence for further speculation
Q: Will there be surprises?
A: If we told you, there wouldn't be. Assume that at least once during the summit you will think: "I did not see this coming."
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Only one rule: don't be the least prepared person in the room. Beyond that; smart, practical, adaptable. The dress code for the summit will be announced later together with the packing list.
Q: Is this a vacation?
A: No. Is it memorable? Very likely.
Q: Why all the secrecy?
A: Because anticipation is part of the experience. And because shared uncertainty creates shared stories before we even arrive.
