The Tell Me Summit 2025 is coming!

Once a year, all offices come together at Destination Unknown – to sense the power of Netlight, to build new and deepen old relationships and to be part of an adventure that can’t be explained, only experienced. This year, we are venturing into a new realm, where growth is not a question – it is living reality. As usual, the spots are limited – but for 1337 Netlighters, this will be an experience that you will never forget. A Netlight summit is always a grand event, but the Tell Me Summit 2025 will be something special – something out of this world, you might say – and we would love to see you there. Sign up today!

Train First Summit

Netlight is committed to do our part when it comes to curbing global warming and reducing dependency on fossil energy. For this summit, our goal is to have as many Netlighters as possible traveling by train.

Netlight Houses

The Netlight houses Nova, Epitome, Awe, Serenity, Phoenix and Atom are an additional way of slicing Netlight, on top of office, seniority or generation. They represent the different “facets” of Netlight. Being part of a House doesn’t mean you are disconnected from other facets, but you might find a deeper connection with people within your House. Find out which house you belong to here and learn more about the Houses and their story in the video below.

Dress Code

Daytime: Denim Wildflower YOU

Portrait Summit Dresscode Day

We want YOU to be yourself, comfortable and free. With a pop of your house colour. What would you wear on a Saturday picnic in the meadow with your friends? If style fuels your spirit, embrace the dress code with denim-on-denim and add the wildflower spirit through flowing floral fabrics and DIY-projects.

If the weight of dress codes feels less than inspiring, the only thing you need to consider is your house colour, and making it pop, through your outfit, accessories or applications. Find your house with this link.

Ideas to make your house colour pop: your scarf, necklaces and/or bracelets with beads in your colour, flowers (real or fake), textile applications, a bucket hat or cap, sunglasses. We will make sure that FI of every office has a supply of crafts for you to use and we will also share some DIY ideas that inspires us here in the thread. Let’s also remember that there’s a lot of denim on the second-hand market. If you enjoy crafting, have some fun with it!

Evening dress code: Enchanted Chrome Saga

We are the story, we create our dreams.

If the art of dressing calls to your heart, this is the time to boldly step into the stagelight. Be creative and compose a bold outfit of chrome, silver, neon and other light reflecting materials.

To embrace simplicity: Keep your comfortable day outfit and just add elements and/or accessories in chrome, silver, neon or other reflective materials – you’ll look amazing!

Ideas: Your home and the second- hand market is packed with exiting attires and materials for this outfit. If you’re used to digital marketplaces like Vinted, Sellpy or Emmy, you can run searches on colour and size and find a metallic paradise. If you have an old pack of CD-discs in your storage room, maybe this is a perfect time for them to shine.

FAQ

Q: How does the signup work?

A: Since travel needs to be booked in advance, each office gets a set number of spots, based on size and travel logistics. To ensure fairness and a good mix of seniority, participants are randomly selected, not first come, first served, taking both office and level into account.

Q: I haven’t received an invitation for the signup.

A: If you haven’t received an invitation reach out to FI@netlight.com.

Q: How does the waitlist work?

A: If a spot becomes available, someone from the waiting list who can logistically take that spot will be randomly selected to replace the person who dropped out.

Q: I’m facing trouble with the signup page, who can I turn to?

A: If you face troubles with the signup page, please send an email to info@netlightsummit.com with the issue and the summit team will help you.

Q: Does it matter if my name on the signup form doesn’t match my name on my passport?

A: Please send an email to info@netlightsummit.com to notify them of the correction.

Q: I don't have access to my travel documents at the moment, can I still sign up?

A: You can still sign up. You don't need to provide your travel details right away.

Q: My passport/ID is not valid end of May, can I still sign up?

A: Yes, you can still sign up. You don't need to provide your travel details right away.

Q: Will the lottery take into account that some of us were unlucky and did not get a spot to previous summits?

A: The lottery has no memories of such events. It also does not understand the concept of karma (but that of course does not mean that karma does not exist). We wish you the best of luck in the lottery!
